BASIC STICK WELDING (SMAW)

Designed to provide the basics of stick welding, this program is for those with little or no prior welding experience. Covers Fillet Welding in all positions using the two most commonly used Electrodes on Mild Steel Plate.

This class builds on the skills developed in the Basic Class and includes Welding in all positions on 1 inch Vee Grooves (Butt Joints)

Optional Certification Test to the American Welding Society’s Standards Available at an additional cost of $275.00

STICK WELDING PIPE (SMAW) Price $1175.00 Plus $35.00 Registration Fee

This class covers Pipe Welding in all positions using E-6010 for the root pass and

E-7018 Electrodes for fill and cover passes on 6 inch Sch 80Pipe.

Optional Certification Test to the American Welding Society’s Standards Available at an additional cost of $325.00

TIG WELDING PIPE (GTAW) Price $1175.00 Plus $35.00 Registration Fee

This class covers welding 3 inch Sch 40 Pipe in all positions using the Tig welding process

This class covers using the Mig Welding Process to weld Fillets in all positions on Mild Steel plate.
